Yes and no. You should be at the gym to work out, not for a peep show. Noticing attractive women doesn't make you a pervert, but if you are staring, scheduling your workouts so that women will be there, or spending more than a few seconds looking at them, then yes, you are being perverted.

You don't sound like a pervert as long as you're not trying to find some cheap way of copping a feel.Try not to make it obvious because this offends many women.Remember that the gym is for exercise.You can look at women at a night club or the beach.

I worked at my gym in college and i understand you. Its okay to look. They want you to notice. Just don't get caught staring.
