I was watching that documentary super size me. I realized that I was eating unhealthy once I start watching it. Now I'll never go to a fast food joint again. It makes me sick just thinking about it. I dont want to be obese either. It really gave me a rude awakening. Scared me to death.

You can die from eating only anything for 4 years, especially mcdonalds.

Great movie, wasn't it? You should check out Morgan Spurlock's tv series 30 Days too.

I think that if you ate nothing but mcdonalds (literally nothing else) but only ate when you were hungry, you would be extremely unhealthy, and would have some severe health issues. If you forced yourself to eat 3 meals a day from mcdonalds (like Morgan does) then yes, I think it could literally kill you.

The most important thing to remember is "everything in moderation". You don't have to give up mcdonald's all together, as long as you only have it once in a while, and you have a healthy balanced diet the rest of the time.

The problem with fast food is that people have trouble with moderation. If you ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and a small Coke, it would be okay to eat there once or twice a week as part of a healthy diet. However, most of us don't order that. We get a Quarter Pounder, Medium Fries, and a medium Coke and we go 3 times a week!

That movie is silly. The reason he got sick was because he was forcing himself to eat excessive amounts of food, not because he was eating at McDonald's. Someone could cook food at home and do the same thing to themselves. You could probably eat at McDonald's everyday for every meal and be perfectly fine. It's about what you choose to eat and the quantity. You don't have to eat french fries every meal, you certainly don't have to eat a large french fry, you don't even have to eat all the fries that you get with your order. You don't have to drink soda. Your health depends on your food choices not the place you eat.

Can you imagine what your life would be like if all you ate for 4 whole years came from the Golden Arches??? Wow, that is a really scary thought. Glad your not really thinking about doing that Myla.

With the evidence produced from that documentary, I would have to say it could kill you. It would be a long and possibly painful death but it would definately kill you.

Congrats on breaking the cycle!

You couldn't last 4 years of nothing but McDonald's. Good for you on opening your eyes on what you eat.

Amen, sister!
Read a book called "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About". It shows you more unhealthy things in your life that you can change.
This book changed my life.

I loved that movie. You wouldn't die but you'd be really unhealthy. Variety is the spice of life.
