They usually come with a small vial of oil but it is spent rather quickly. Buy mineral oil, go to any shop where they deal with sewing machines, better if you go to a shop where they repair sewing machines, buy a vial of mineral oil. After you use your clippers put a two or three drops of oil on the blades and run your clippers a few seconds, the oil will clean your blades and lubricate them. The next time you just use them and when done repeat the process.

most of the beauty supply houses sell clipper oil. A drop on the blades everytime you use it will keep them lubricated.
