You are perfect !! If you are less than 21 years old, don't do anything different. You don't need to gain weight or lose weight. Concentrate on being the best you can be. Eat healthy, exercise, concentrate on having terrific posture, and study hard in school.

Many tall women try to appear smaller by slumping, and this kills their whole persona. Tall women, like tall men, have to stand tall and straight because, if there are 1000 people in a room, everyone will pick out the tall ones. This becomes a blessing in adulthood.

You are definitely not fat.

Even if you are under 18, you are still thinner than most girls your height. So stay active, and don't worry too much.

No, I'm 5'6 and 130 lbs and my doctor says I'm just fine. You need to put on a little weight.
