My Tyson Bacon package says a serving is 2 pan-fried slices...so it should be with most, I'd imagine. Typically you would expect it to be cooked. To list it in its raw state would scare most people out of buying bacon, etc. But it certainly cannot be an accurate figure as the more you cook it the less fat it retains. Should it read 2 crisp pan-fried slices?..."Hey, Mr. Tyson...????"

Everything in moderation...to cut it out altogether is phanatical...limit the amount you eat unless your Doctor says atherwise...

Why, if you are concerned about fat intake, are you even considering bacon? I doubt if there's any commonly available meat product with a lower fat content.

Not sure........but if you are watching your fat intake, then avoid bacon like the plague. Not only is it high in fat and salt but other chemicals such as nitrate etc.
