Initially looks. But this does you no good if you don't have a good personality. Personality outweighs looks 2 to 1 once you get to know someone. It doesn't matter how pretty you are if your hard to get along with. Some people want comedy and some want loyalty, etc. Every body's different. Hope this helps.
