No way! A girl dumped you because of that and she had the nerve to tell you why?! She's heartless...anyway, no. It's not so very imporatant. What is important is the spiritual and emotional bond you have with your wife. There are many men who are hung like horses that have no clue how to make love to a woman. On the other hand, average men like you can please a woman over and over again with the right attitude and techniques. As a man, I think I can give you my experienced opinion.
Most of the sensation in vagina is concentrated in the first couple of inches from the opening. So longer penis doesn't really make much difference in increasing the sensation of a woman, but a longer penis when they look at it before it goes in them adds an extra aggressive male feeling in them and that contributes psychologically to a feeling of more satisfaction.
However a thicker penis will contribute to more stretching of the walls of vagina and this along with more closer feeling to g-spot and clit will certainly enhance the pleasure of a woman during the intercourse.
Some women have very sensitive clit. So for them, it is not how big your penis is but how you use it to stimulate and touch the opening of their vagina and clit.
There are excercises such as keigles and jelking etc. and gadgets that will increase your penis size. But it takes a patient determined effort on your part. Psychologically a bigger penis contributes to your male ego and confidence.
In general, even though some deny penis size makes any difference, having a larger penis doesn't hurt; it is an asset in addition to your love making skills. Of course your personality has top priority to some women over your penis size. Others such as your girl need, it appears, a more tighter fit.

Size (to me) only matters asthetically (looks). The way it feels ive learned from experience that sometimes smaller is better depending on the guy. So no it doesnt matter. I think 5 is in the avg range so don't worry about it. I think your girl was making up an excuse... don't be shy around girls I've known guys with very small penis' that have lovely loving girlfriends

Hmmmm....not even sure if you're serious, but anyway....
Your stated size is probably not as big a deal as you might think....it may also depend on the 'size' of your next girlfriend...as to if it 'satisfies' her.
You have to learn your own 'game', nobody here can play it for you. Not what you want to hear, but its the truth.
Time and experience will answer your question.....and you'll be okay. Just lighten up...nature will take its course, it always does.

I feel so bad for you. You seem to be taking this issue very personally. I must be honest with you, for me, size matters. Five inches is small to me but I've given birth. So I guess it depend on the woman.

Personally a guy's penis size doesn't matter, but yeah to some girls it does! Other ways to satisfy a girl in bed is maybe before you have sex eat her out! I always LOVE that when a guy eats me out right before we have sex!! Try it!! Good Luck! :D
