NO dont rush it. Take it from a person that got married a month before our child was born. It has put a burden on our life, and sometimes I feel like I really married the man for the child. I do love him but I don't know if it's for the right reasons anymore.

No there will be no problem. My fiance and I have 2 children. The only thing he will have to do is sign some papers stating that he is the father after the child is born. He has to sign those papers first or his name won't get put on the child's birth certificate. Congrats on the baby

no. it's actually easier to get married when you are pregnant in GA--they don't ask for a singnature from parents if you are underage, for example. either way, no state should give you a hassle on getting married after having a child with that particular person.
just do it when you both feel you are ready. :-)

Call the courthouse. Can usually get a license for a private(no witness) or public (with witness) and have it done by a judge and takes little time. The baby has nothing to do with it.

No. I also live in GA, and I have heard of no legal reasons that might create a problem. I know several couples that have did that.

Get married first because if not on your son/daughter's birth certificate it will say she doesn't have a father and one of my friends is just like that and because it says she doesn't have a father she treats her real dad like he isn't her dad. Hoped i helped
