There's always people jogging up and down my street. They don't seem to stop, or run out of breath, or anything!

How do they run so long? I can barely run for 2 minutes without practically dying!!!

well you have little cells called microchondria that are like little "power houses". when you start to train they after a while split and make more.more of them equals more energy.

It does indeed take time to develop endurance. It probably seems hard to you because you are going faster than what you can tolerate. Most joggers / runners, know their pace and how much they can handle, thus they look comfortable because they have settled into their 'pace'.

To develop your own pace, you'll need to start running. Try running 1 minute easy, 4 - 5 minutes walking. Alternate between the two for 30 minutes. As the days go by, start increasing your running time and decreasing your walking time. Eventually, you'll be able to run the entire 30 minutes.

You'll also get faster the more endurance you build.

practice focus and control, if jogging is their way of dealing with stress or just a sport they enjoy they are more apt to excel. Runners look at running not as a chore or pain in the *** thing to do, its something we enjoy and subsequently are able to do well.
