We must to put the global power in a global Government.
Is not a balance question without a justice question.
If we think in the law as social control instrument always will be laws a intrument to the power.
Nothing might can say than Hitler was a good human , but so much persons than thinking in a law as instrument will say these regime had a law system.
The essence , the law essence is the equitas, the truht and ethic . When a cauntry unknow these principles is not a democratic system .
In United States and England the paradoja is than are formal democratics cauntrys but not essencial democratics cauntrys .
We must agree in a global concept over the law as not as force instrument . These culture alowwed us respect descicions took at United Nations.
As well we must respect the habits from others culture because may be these habits doenst be equal to us.

If Iran gets nuclear weapons, the balance of power will be unbalanced in favor of Iran. This will definitely make it less safe, especially since Iran would like to see theocratic governments in place...THEIR kind of theocracy.

It will do the exact opposite. You'd have a Arab state with a nuclear weapon, a country that is not on good terms with the U.S., a Arab state with a leader who is on record for saying "wipe Israel from the map". Iran would probably threaten other Arab countries. My answer is LESS SAFER / Iran = loose cannon on the block!

Anything that balances the Ashka-Nazi fascism of the Israelis is a good thing. Iran having a nuclear weapon would force Israel to behave and there wouldn't be so many Palestinian children being used for sniper practice.

Yes, that is exactly what we need, For another country with insane rulers to have nuclear weaponry. That would make the world so much safer. Then, whenever they wanted to do something we wouldn't be able to do anything because we know they would use the weapons. Good idea.

They have been saying what they intend to do with if for a very long time. I dont doubt that they will.
If a family will be happy to strap a suicide bomb on their child and send him to Allah its not much of a stretch that a like minded nation will suicide in much the same manner.
