Rickson Gracie older brother of Royce Gracie he holds a 7th degree black belt in Gracie Ju-Jitsu as has won over 600 fights and never lost a single match.
he is a 2 time Brazilian champion in freestyle wrestling, a gold medal winner in Sambo and for almost 2 decades he has been the middle weight and open weight division World Ju-Jitsu champion.
He holds the best fight record i have ever heard of 600-0-0 not including the street fights he was in almost every day in his dojo in Brazil where he would have fighters challenge him from all over the world. If you can show me any one else with a record that comes close to Rickson i would be surprised.

It depends, do you mean the guy that can kick the most ***? Prob somebody in Pride or K1.
Do you mean who has the most control of his body and skill? Hard to say. Maybe someone who has won a lot of wushu tournaments?
