Probably about 20 pounds--I am a veritable Hercules.

I used to be able to do 85 or 90 lbs. But I have no idea what I can do now... probably 75 or 80 if I really put my heart in it.

I used to work out hardcore 3 hours a day... mostly running, but some weights too. But since I'm not in competitive running anymore, I'm sure my lifting has gone down some.

I haven't lifted weights in about eight years, and then I was a wuss I couldn't even bench the plates, which I believe is 135lbs. I think I might have to try just to see if I can do it, then again I have broken my collarbone and it is pretty weak. Good question though for sure.

Currently around 150. Want to lift my own weight. Guess I need to go on a diet.
