Develop a squint and bad breath. Failing that, knock on doors and claim to be a member of an obscure religious cult. Word will soon get around and you will never be bothered, unless, of course, there are other cultists using the name you have just invented. My boyfriend does not shower and has had no offers for years, even from me. Do not use this method if you are old enough to have a bus pass, unless you wish to travel alone. You do?
