why do some people think muslims r going to hell?

they worsh up the same god as christens do they just don't do alot of stuff with jesus. i am not trying to insult any one if i have. :)

I am a Muslim and I never claimed or tried to tell other people from diffrent religions/race/belief that they will or will not go to hell. In the end it is Allah/God who decides, and no judgment is wiser then his.

And on another note I am just realy amazed to see that so many people just fall through the stereotype wave.

I respect all faiths and all religions and races, why cant people simply stop being prejidice for one moment and take a look around them and actualy "read" about what they hear?

There have been so many claims over and over again about Muslims and that we just simply live to terrorize other people, terririsom knows no religion or race.

When a Muslim kills a Christian, it is Islam that faces the trail and not the man, millions around the world are called killers because of the actions of one man ?

Now if it was a Chiristian or a Jewish killing another person, they would just look at that person and not the whole religion.

Why the double standards? Like what is happaning now, people claim they support jusitice and freedoom and human rights, and there is an attack on children in Labanon and everybody is staying silent about it ?

Do people silently think that the juistice is served this way? By killing Muslims? I think they should look at the facts. A LARGE population of Labanon are Chirstians. Maybe that would change there prospective a bit?

And sorry to make this a bit long. But regarding Jesus, We belive in Jesus and he is as respected as any other prophet, like Ishaac and Mooses and Adam. Yes, we don't say that he is gods son but that does not mean we dont respect him.

To us he is gods prophet, and if anyone took the time to look deeply into Islam they will relize that in Islam we belive that Jesus is still alive and he was never crisified on that day and he WILL come back and save humanity from great evil before judgment day comes.

And anyone who claims that we don't respect him is simply wrong.

Because Xians believe that everyone who don't believe their myth of Yesua/ Jesus being the son of their god is going to hell. You are right, THEY DO WORSHIP THE SAME MINOR DESERT STORM GOD AS XIANS AND JEWS. the main difference is that Muslims perceive Yeshua as a profit and not the "literal" son of god, and Xians are too small minded to except this. As far as I'm concern who would want go to this "heaven" with all those Xians there. I much rather spend the afterlife FAAAR away from Xians, and I will...in Valhalla. BTW: captmhunt is wrong, Muslims don't kill innocent people fro sport, but Xians have.

I wonder where did you hear abt the Muslims r going to hell? Anyway, going to heaven or hell is the final decision of GOD/ ALLAH. HE is Almightly HE knows everything, from things as small as an atom. Yes Muslims believe in Jesus, as their Prophet ISA as the servant of GOD not the son of GOD. Muslims give the same respect to him just like to the rest of the Prophets like Abraham, Noah, Jacob, Joseph, Lot etc, All these are Prophets sent by GOD to mankind to direct them to the right path.

Have strong FAITH in HIM, and serve HIM, the one and only, do good and forbid evil, you will be save. No one in this world can GUARANTEE that he or she has a reserved place in heaven waiting for him. Do not be fooled by the foolish thoughts that muslims will go to hell, and the rest go to heaven. It's only after death do one know where is the permanent resting place. May GOD guide us all. Amen.

I don't, know, just let people think what they want to. I am a muslim, and it is very hard to be knowing what almost everybody thinks of your religion, and those people don't even know half of what my religion is about. I just say, ltet God decide in the end. Not us... And no, you aren't insulting.

And, we don't believe Jesus cheated, as some guy down there wrote, we belive that God saved him from being killed on the cross, and put a criminal is his place, and made him look just like Jesus, so the criminal was killed. Jesus was brought up to Heaven.

There it is. According to the New Testiment if you take these steps you will be saved. Doesn't mention being a Muslum here.

I think that sums it up. All people who do not ask forgiveness from Jesus for their sins will die and suffer an eternity without God regardless of their so called "religion"

Most people don't know their religion or scriptures. The Muslims that are practicing righteousness and are "honestly ignorant" of Jesus, will be under the grace of God, but even the Koran is against forced religion and killing.

Qur'an never said that Jesus (PBUH) cheated on the cross. The truth is that the Crucifixion story is denied. According to Qur'an Jesus (PBUH) died. He was the Prophet and Messanger of God.

Okay. Not to sound really stupid or anything but...maybe it's because some people who are Muslim go around blowing people and themselves up. Not all of them! Just a few, so people would naturally think that. Also, you have to accept Jesus as your savior to actually get into heaven.

All religions are the same, created by one God and no religion tell people to go and do evil. It is your own faith that you create in your mind according to your thinking.Let me say one thing. God ,Allah, Khuda,Rub these are the name of one God in different cultures and no God says go and kill innocent people or do harm to somebody. so if you think that people who call them self Muslims and kill innocent people are real Muslim then you are wrong.these people will go to hell as Allah,God,Rub,Khuda etc has said that all the praying you do is for me but if you hurt somebody no matter what religion he belongs to then that person has to forgive you not me.so bottom line is that ISLAM IS A PEACE FULL RELIGION AS OTHER RELIGIONS.people are using it wrong and if you do anything wrong then you are not a Muslim or christian or Jew or Hindu.
