As girls, we find looks more important, as we assume a good looking guy has a good personality.
Reality sets in, and as women, we know that the way a guy looks to us is BASED on his personality. Great personality makes a guy handsome.

I can only speak for myself, but personality wins out over looks any day. I can appreciate good looks but I get bored with them pretty quickly. A strong personality is something a man will always have, though, and never gets old.

Both. You are always first attracted to looks (unless you know the person for a while) and then you find out about their personality and decide if you want to be with them or not.
