When you read Genesis you find that God gave Adam a job. I think that we will have jobs. It might be to name all the stars in the New Heaven; which I think would take a long time and require traveling around a lot.

Another might be given a job to tend the animals. Maybe even breed them into new animals.

Well, that's two jobs. Can you think of any more?

I've got to ask you: What do you think will happen after Heaven? Do you think time is going to stop just because you believe it will?

The Communists thought that once they made it past the first two stages in Hegel's trilogy of Dialectical Materialism that they could just stop and stay in their Utopia forever. No way. They forgot time continues forward never stopping.

Are you so arrogant you think time is going to stop for your version of Utopia?

Psalm 115:16
Psalm 37:29
Proverbs 2:21,22
All indicate we don't go to heaven.
Our future is on a restored earth.
Plus the reasoning that if Adam never ate the fruit, would he have died?
If he didn't die, where would he be?
So the question is:
What do you think we will do when the earth is restored to a paradise by God's government (Kingdom)?

We will be with God forever. Heaven is a holy (sinless), peaceful, blissful place. In heaven there will be no sin, no death, no pain, no sorrow, no suffering, no punishment, no liars, no thieves, no murderers, no hatred, no fear, no lusts. In heaven there will only be peace, harmony and goodwill. We will be loving and enjoying God and other believers forever.Think of anything good, that's heaven. Think of anything bad, that's hell.

walk on streets of gold, see through windows made from diamond, sit in the sand by the crystal sea that isn't too hot or too cold. run in the green grass where the grass springs up from under your feet.fly with wings like angels
some of these things aren't biblical but I'm fantasizing and thinking of the way i would imagine it.
God Bless

I am not sure we will definetly be allowed to worship god in his oresence but I like to think that when I die I will be given a special job to do that makes use of the skills I developed on Earth. So I'm hoping I get to paint the sky scenes :)

Heaven does not exist except in your tiny minds.

You die and become food or ash.

There is no spirit, although you want there to be.

There is no such thing as ghosts, as if you can see them then they have mass.
Seeing them means light reflecting off mass. If they have mass then they are physically real.

What colour would they be?

Your brain is for thinking.

I think there's a job for us. We will help God to do something. The Bible, Torah, Talmud, etc. list the qualifications we'll need to be able to do the job - honesty, faithfulness, etc. Earth is just practice.
