This can only be solved when it happens. Personally I do not think there is a place called Heaven or Hell once we die that is it final and I always comfort myself with the fact I have no recollection of live before being born so maybe death is the same.
Then if things get grim I imagine the body remains but we are actually a light force that goes on whizzing around

Heaven by Rupert Brooke
Fish (fly-replete, in depth of June,
Dawdling away their wat'ry noon)
Ponder deep wisdom, dark or clear,
Each secret fishy hope or fear.
Fish say, they have their Stream and Pond;
But is there anything Beyond?
This life cannot be All, they swear,
For how unpleasant, if it were!
One may not doubt that, somehow, Good
Shall come of Water and of Mud;
And, sure, the reverent eye must see
A Purpose in Liquidity.
We darkly know, by Faith we cry,
The future is not Wholly Dry.
Mud unto mud! -- Death eddies near --
Not here the appointed End, not here!
But somewhere, beyond Space and Time.
Is wetter water, slimier slime!
And there (they trust) there swimmeth One
Who swam ere rivers were begun,
Immense, of fishy form and mind,
Squamous, omnipotent, and kind;
And under that Almighty Fin,
The littlest fish may enter in.
Oh! never fly conceals a hook,
Fish say, in the Eternal Brook,
But more than mundane weeds are there,
And mud, celestially fair;
Fat caterpillars drift around,
And Paradisal grubs are found;
Unfading moths, immortal flies,
And the worm that never dies.
And in that Heaven of all their wish,
There shall be no more land, say fish.
Rupert Brooke, 1913
And in there was land think of how may maggots and flies etc ther would be in it.

I think heaven is right here on earth and nobody can say with any certainty there is anything beyond this however, I tend to lean more toward what you are talking about in terms of "different dimensions" as well as past-lives. It's all what we make it....

It's not Good people go to Heaven & Bad people go to Hell
Forgiven people go to Heaven & Unforgiven people go to Hell
Are you going to Heaven or Hell?
The bible tells us that we all fall short of Gods standards and have to face him when we die. How many of the 10 commandments have you broken?, Will you be guilty or innocent b4 God?
Guilty obviously, we are all Guilty? So what now, how do you get right with God?
Easy - accept Jesus as your Saviour, he came (god in human form) sinless, innocent, holy and died on the cross, taking your punishment, if you accept him he gives you his holy spirit who comes and lives inside you, guides you, protects you, heals you, speaks to you, plus a whole lot more, this is then the seal so that when you stand b4 God he will see the seal and know that you belong toJesus and so you will be forgiven, the punishment is already paid and then you will be given eternal life, it's really that simple but Satan wants you to be suspicious, confused and not to give your soul to God because he wants your soul, take control of your life, read the new testament, study it, think about it, discuss it with others and get yourself right with God. Feel free to email if you have any questions. Happy Searching Godbless T.R.U.T.H. xxx

The Bible says that if you are saved, when you die you go to paradise, this is a place of rest where you sleep. The physical body goes into the ground (if you are buried). The Bible never really says we go to Heaven. We Jesus returns he will wake the "dead in Christ" then the Christians alive on earth will meet him in the sky. God will create a new heaven (sky) and a new earth and God and Jesus will dwell on the new earth with us.

You're so right. This is either hell or just a testing ground for the next life. Yes, I believe there is a heaven. It may be different for each of us. I guess we'll have to wait to find out, huh?

i think that its all about the circle of life and re-incarnation. We can't understand it unless we become "buddha". I beleive that hell and heaven is on earth, if we do good deeds, we will get a better next life, if we're bad, we will get a bad life with full of difficulties, and if we understand the laws of nature, we will be free from this cycle.

i believe heaven is a state of mind, so like you said there would seem to be many different dimensions. it sure seems complicated, but that's what life is, a journey to learn lessons, to be hurt, and to love. in other words, it doesn't make sense to me either:)
