--Is Catholic--

I assume that you mean this:

Who are Catholics that are Non Roman?

The Catholic Church is broken up into Patriarchal Churches. Each of these Churches is governed by its own Patriarch who has supreme authority for that particular Church. Papal authority only triumphs the authority of the Patriarch when dealing with matters that concern the Universal Church. The Patriarch has full authority to determine the Rites and Canon Law that operate within his Church. The Pope is seen as the rule of faith, not the ruler of faith. Many people mistakenly see the Pope as the ruler of the faith, but that is not how it works.

Roman Catholic's have the Patriarch of Rome, who is also the Pope, as their Patriarch. Roman Catholics are typically referred to as the Western Catholic Church and their theology descends from Latin theology. There is only one Western Church. The East has several Churches and non-Roman Catholics are typically called Eastern Catholics when being referred to as a collective.

Here is a graphical representation:

There is a book worth of differences between Roman Catholics and Eastern Catholics. Here is a small amount of the breakdown between the Churches:

Liturgical
--The structure of the Rites are different as are the prayers, but there is the same basic concepts occurring -- Penance, Thanksgiving, Scripture Readings, Homily, and most importantly the Sacrifice of the Mass, the Eucharist.

Clergy
Married priests.

Spiritual
--Vastly different. Some examples. Western mystics tend to get stigmata, Eastern tend to under go transfiguration (glowing). Spirituality of Icons, which is more in-depth and involved than how we use statues. Icons are windows into heaven and are very much revered. Spirituality can be very Oriental almost yogaish and Buddhist.

Theological
Eastern Catholics understand things from a medicinal standpoint. Everything is about how God is healing the human race. Theology also relies upon "mystery", which doesn't mean hidden, but rather unable to approach exactly, when they talk theology (so things can be vague, prosy, and contradictory) whereas the West wants to go for the details. The West (after St. Aquinas) tends to see God as pure act (essence and act are the same). The East tends to see a difference between God's essence and His energies (activities).

Miss. stuff.
The Sign of the cross is done backwards (or forwards depending on how you look at it) (and the positioning of the hand is different).

That is just general. There is more.

I suggest that you check out

Non roman catholics are ALL who do not belong to that Cult.

MANY MANY groups-like Anabaptist's have NEVER belonged so can not be call PROTESTants.

The Cult has a head man on earth == the poop.
The Cult believe they have much extra information beyond what is in the Bible.
The Cult has many rules and regulations they made up to control their followers.
The Cult pray though many people including the earthly mother of JESUS - none of which is allowed in True Christianity.

Much more-- I ESCAPED THAT CULT!
