You gotta like pickled stuff and pork. They're good if you're brave enough to get past the visual image and thought as to where they've been. I draw the line at pickled pig snouts, head cheese, and brains though. I don't care how good those are, they aren't passing through THESE lips. However, deep fried chitterlings with hot vinegar dip, yum. Just like pork skins/pig cracklings. I guess pig's feet sound kind of tame compared to some of the other stuff they have out there.

Pickled pigs feet are really good. they take a little time to get used to but if you don't look at them you will reallly like the taste of them..
