Endeavor is absolutely the best word in business writing. Basically..."Dude, I'll try/have tried my best."

I had an English teacher that claimed his favorite word(s) were Cellar Door because they sound like a mythical place. He was a bit odd but one of the best teachers I ever had.

Mine is supercalifragil isticexpialidocious ! (I had to put the space in it just to get it to show up completely, btw.) Just thinking about how to spell it can give you a headache! ;)

Cherries! It sounds so cheerful!

"Basically" sounds like you're about to explain something to someone who "doesn't get it" the first time.

Ramfeezled is my favourite word. When someone asks, "How are you?" without really meaning it, i say, "Ramfeezled, thanks for asking." It stops them in their tracks every time. It means tired and or worn out.
