Is there anybody that knows about the historical origins of the Hebrew dailect called "Lashawan Qadash"?

It is spoken by some Black Hebrew Israelites especially groups such as ISUPK, ICUPK, and ICGJC. Any info on the origins [the who, when, or wheres] would be greatly appreciated from members, ex-members, or non-members.

Lashawan Qadash is the Language spoken by the Hebrews for thousands of years before the Masorites added a Niqqud system.
