Dry and for deeper conditioning, wrap your hair in plastic after youi've put on the mayo to hold in your own body heat.

4-get what every 1 else is saying.First you need 2 put the mayo in ur hair then you need to let it set 4 at least 5min. then wash ur hair & let air dry

For better results, the mayo works great on the hair if you add some tuna and pickles. This should make your hair look real yummy!

put it in wet hair to have better results. put it in the middle of your hair not at the roots.

Well, since mayonnaise is oil-based, I sure wouldn't waste my time putting it on wet hair, as oil & water don't mix.
On the other hand, I put my mayonnasie on sandwiches, so what do I know?

You could do both. When your hair is wet, its follicles are open and more susceptible. Therefore, it might be more beneficial to use it wet.
