Parti colored Poodles are not an acceptable color here in the US, and I would bet not in the UK either.
Any good breeder will NOT be breeding an unacceptable color like that. If you do find one, don't expect it to be a good one as it will be from a crappy breeder. You are better off getting a nice solid color from a good breeder.

AFAIK they are not a breed recognised by the kennel club, so are unlikely to come on sale as breeders are likely to have them put to sleep at birth.
