First thing in the morning or else I'll "think and rationalize" my way out of it.

Morning! Because after you work out in the morning you will have a higher metabolism for up to three hours. If you work out at night you are just attempting to work off the food you already ate, while in the morning you don't have any food to work off so it is better for your body. Also if you weigh yourself in the morning, and at night, you will notice a difference. I did this just yesterday and there was a difference of 5 pounds...no kidding. (122-127)

I always exercise in the morning, first thing when I get up, because I know that if I put it off until later in the day I will NEVER do it. I exercise six days per week.

I do exercise on my free time and there is fixed time table for me to do exercise. In my opinion it is good to do exercise in the morning with full stretching! you will feel fresh whole day but you may feel like drowned if you do too much!

In the morning. All of the research that I've done says that it is best to work out in the morning, as you are at your stongest in the beginning of your day.
