How to advertise freely in Yahoo?

I am catering contractor and I want to advertise in Yahoo.

You can go to Yahoo Local and advertise for free there. You should also check out http://www.craigslist.com They have local listings as well.

Do you have a website already? If not, you could get a Geocities website like I have but pay for the one that gives you no ads like mine. If you want to check mine out the website url is below - I'm a Wedding and Wine Consultant.
