Dude as far as I'm concerned if you believe in God that's it, you don't have to do any bopping and jiving for the Lord. Just live your life, this is the reward, life. I think it's a gift from God and as with all true gifts it doesn't come with strings, it's yours to with as you see fit. I find it impossible to accept all these man made rules about God for myself. I take the point of view that we as humans are very amusing to God, we're fun to watch. Such being the case were going to do whatever we do by our nature. If we have free will then it is a peculiar situation that God would then demand that we are bent to God's will through the worlds of those that feel they have a direct conduit to the Deity. Your okay right now the way you are, however you are; you don't need emissaries or butt smooching to get you there, your there now. I hope whatever choices you make in life yield all that you could want, into every ones life a little sunshine a little rain. We'll all know who's right or wrong in the end anyway so I think it is the now part that counts the most, as God must want it for us. Thanks for asking this question, I've enjoyed this opportunity to express my thoughts.

My faith has nothing to do with it. You cannot be saved without faith. I pray that God will open your eyes and remove this cynicism from your clouded heart. God can do anything, but He won't save you unless YOU ask. All we can do (and I am) is pray that God will bring you to a place where you have no choice but to believe. And that's often very painful. It was in my experience, but as I look back I can now see that what appeared to be calamity from a human perspective was the best thing that could have ever happened to me spiritually. Careful what you ask for - you just might get it, even in jest. Besides - God doesn't want you to kiss his @$$. He wants you to hug His neck and cling to Him as a young child clings to his eartly father.

I do have faith in God, and I know the bible says God gave us a freewill. He will not go against your will and make you get saved. Getting saved is a choice.

that is sooo not how it works. dont count on being saved. your salvation wont occur because someone prays for you. and God knows your heart, so you can no more pull one over on Him than you can put time limits on Him
ill pray for you if you like, but i will pray that you seek God with all your heart, and accept the Holy Spirit to live in you and guide you. the rest lies in you.
Kiss Gods butt first and come back in a year and tell me what youve learned from it.

So, what, are you challenging God? Are you challenging us? What are you doing?
Yes, I am convinced of God, and if you aren't saved, it has nothing to do with Him, it has to do with you. When someone gets saved, it is because they recognize the need for God, not to challenge Him. He doesn't need your challenges, you have no idea of Who you're talking about so flippant. Too bad, your loss. Getting saved isn't a game. It's about eternal life, either you will go to be with Him after death or you go to hell. Your choice.

Silly child. The question is not whether or not I have faith in my God. The question is whether or not you have faith in Him. The matter of salvation is between you and Him.
I suspect, given the attitude this question is asked in, that the relationship you have with God is not very good. Maybe you ought to pray about it?

I can pray for you to be saved but it won't do any good unless YOU ask him to save you. I will, however, pray that you have a change in attitude and WANT to be saved and believe in God.

If you all believe that with faith, one can move mountains, why is his attitude a problem? God hardened the pharoah's heart to make sure that he could slaughter all of the firstbrn in Egypt. If he can affect Pharoah's mental state for the purpose of slaughter, why can't he affect this guy's for a little saving?
Hmm.....?

You (all the KofG within you) are already saved(delivered) from the law; But perhaps you are not (yet) aware of it. All that remains, then, is for awareness to replace ignorance. Such is a process of understanding what you're saved(delivered) from: law, because law is a ministration of death, not life. And law added to "grace is sufficient"(no law req'd) both frustrates(vexes) God's grace and makes His grace "no more grace", just as death added to life makes it no more "eternal" life. Selah.
As for kiss, the exhortation is to both greet and salute brethren all with an "holy kiss", of "charity"(pure grace); Not to dividead a*s kiss any on high on some law law ladder leading to heavens, which dead ends short of entering heaven above the heavens, and lest they might sh*t on you below.
The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
