okay there is this new guy at my church and i think he likes me. he always checks to see if i am here (at church) i can catch him staring at me. and last week we sorta stared into each others eyes but then i got scared and i turned my head. He was going to talk to me. do u think he likes me. (2) ok i am a real out going person all my friends love to hang out with me and i am usually not this shy. but when ever i am all alone with nobody but my parents i just get that way. are there any tips that u can give me. plz answere both questions. thank u.

I say he does like you and here is a tip ask him to help you with something like lifting a box or moving chairs around in one of the sunday school rooms or etc... That will give you and him more time together and maybe a chance for him to say that he likes you more than just a friend. Good luck.

probably he likes you but that doesn't mean you would entertain the idea of having a relationship with him if he doesn't come out of his shell to express his feelings for you AND give your time the chance to know him better. hang around with him with your friends, see what he's like when outside your church.
it is normal that you are well outgoing with your friends and being quiet with your parents because you can relate well with them. with parents, you have a hesitant feeling of expressing yourself because you are uncertain of the reaction but with friends reactions are based on shared experiences and feelings and you usually bind things up...i say, try making conversations even to the least of topics just to get out of the feeling of loneliness with your parents. parents can be friends too and they're always there not just in times of happiness but in moments of trouble.

yep he likes you. if you dont get over your shyness of one person or a couple of people including your parents, you might get shy of your friends later on in life.
