Go to the manufacturers website and find it. If you don't know what sound card you have; look it up on your computer.

Go to the desktop and right click on "My Computer", select "Properties", select "Device Manager", scroll down to "Sound, Video, Game Controllers"....right click here and select "Update Driver", now left click here.

If this doesn't work for you, go to back to "Properties" instead of "Update Driver" and click on the "Driver Tab", then click on this box to update your sound card driver.

If you know the sound card manufacturer, that's good. Go to their website and search for your card's driver.

If these fail, go to www.driverguide.com....this website has thousands of drivers for hundreds of various types of hardware.

The first responder gave you a great website also. Now you need to just do it.

Good Luck!

Go to the control panel then find the driver in the sound and audio device panel or system device manager and uninstall then reboot. Reinstall driver from your disk or manufacturers website.
