Take advantage daily of the opportunity to get all the points you can for rating answers or choosing the best answer. Like others have advised, avoid asking too many questions because they just use up your points but by all means don't hesitate to ask questions that you really want answers too. Also, when you answer questions, don't just give flippant answers - really think about the question and give an honest response. I've gotten a great deal of my points from having the best answers. Its fun, its informative and a great way to meet people but by the same token don't make getting points here dictate your whole life either.

I see Kevin hasn't noticed you yet. Is it possible that Kevin cheats big time by making everyone in his company ask questions and then tell him, so his answer has to be chosen as the right answer or pay is docked? Would this be a scandal if the company were Yahoo,Inc.?

Stop asking questions ... it uses up your points! Answer your full quota every day, without fail, in every aspect possible (questions, ratings, voting). And hope like heck he goes somewhere with no computer access for 6 months.
