maybe if its the water from the magical fountain of disease curing. but until we find it, normal water isnt gonna do much to help HIV.

Are you asking if drinking water can remove the virus HIV from your system? It cannot. HIV is a virus. No virus can be eliminated from drinking water. If you think you have HIV you should see a doctor and definately stop having unprotected sex!

Drinking a lot of water may purify the soul but not HIV infection.
Only antiretrovirals like protease inhihitors and reverse transcriptase inhibitor can increase the survival and improve the quality of life but cannot prevent death.

Once you have contracted HIV, there is no reversing it. Water certainly won't help.
