you gotta get him off the junk or he will turn to a life of crime to get cash to pay for his habit....
I used to have a pet supply store and we actually sold HEMP treats for dogs - maybe you can find them??? (I am in Canada..)

I dont know..You raise them,Give them everything and this is how they repay you.......I'd through him out or stage an intervention
