No I don't think so but I am sure that Bill incorporated the cigar thing with Hillary....

Doubt it, being as Hillary looks and acts more like the type who would be jealous of Bill not because Monica went down on him, but because Monica never went down on her. I think that is/was a marriage of political alliances and if Hillary had her way she would be a total butch dyke if her political ambitions did not prevent it
