Don't, you will end up neglecting the dog if you are trying to hide it from someone in your house.

what are you going to do when it barks? or how many times do you think you can sneak it back and forth, in and out of the house, so it can go potty? This Dear is not really an even realistic type secret. it is almost impossible to keep this charade going for to long at all

yes sneak it in while he's at work or out somewhere, if he doesn't go out much or doesn't have a job thendo it during the night.
hope i help also put a hanky or something on his mouth so he doesnt help and keep him on a leash so he doesn't kinda walk off with a leash then you have control.
