My brother works in a rester. What is the best thing to use to get the grease smell out of his clothes?

His clothes whether they are clean or dirty reek of fryer grease and the females in the family are not liking it. Wondering if there is a product or homestyle remedy to use to kill the smell.

i found that mean-green from your local dollar general store is pretty good followed by a gooood fabric softener.
