Is it still damaging to your hair if you use cold air instead of hot air to dry your hair?

Hi, no its not as damaging as heat. and it actually sets your hair style and makes it stay in style.

Not as much damage will be done to your hair by using a cool setting because a hot hair dryer strips the moisture out of your hair. Also try using a protective lotion or gel on your hair before blowdrying to protect it and smooth the hair cuticle.

its not As bad as heat can. but it will frizz ur hair up if your is curly.
