i have a special thing going on and i need to know how to lose weight. 5-35 lbs!!!!!!! yes! i need help! any workout scheduels? any diets? NO PILLS!! i am a little on the hefty side, and i need to know how to lose weight! i have tried running and that did not help me!! i have also tried eating salad for ALL three meals, and for snack eating 5-6 saltine crackers!! tried pills once, and they made me really sick! i was in the hospital because of them!! PLEASE HELP!! I NEED HELP! I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT BY THE 3RD OF AUGUST!!!!

AND DOESNT COST WAY TOO MUCH MONEY!!! I ONLY MAKE A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY, AND THAT IS BECAUSE O BABYSIT ONCE A WEEK! AND MY SAVINGS ARE FOR COLLEGE!!

i live out in the country and the is very little water in the creeks, and there is no pool around for nearly 35 miles!

i cant be out in the sun for too long either! i'm on a perscriotion from my doctor for my acne, and it makes me burn if im in the sun for more than 4-5 mintes!!

i forgot to mention that i broke my right arm is April, and i cant lift more than 25 lbs! (that is what the doc said, seeing how i broke both bones, and needed plates, and pins!!)

Try doing at least a half hour of cardio (aerobics, walking fast, running, taebo), and a half hour of weight training. If you don't have weights, you can improvise with weighted objects around the house. I've used canned veggies and soup in my earlier days. You also need to cut back on your fat and sodium. Sodium makes you retain water if you have too much of it. And drink lots of water! At least 8 glasses a day! Good Luck to you. Don't get discouraged, there is no quick fix for losing weight that is safe for you. Be determined and take care of yourself.

HERE ARE THE BASICS:

1. you lose weight by consuming fewer Calories than you burn
2. you gain weight by consuming more Calories than you burn.
3. you should be concerned with losing FAT, not weight.
4. You should be more concerned with your percent body fat, not your weight.
5. the best, most effective way or burning fat is by combining weight-training and cardio exercise. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. You will burn more calories all day long, including while you sleep. A health body fat percentage for males is 7-18%, females 18-24% (approximate numbers).
6. you should eat 6-8 small meals each day - this will prevent you from eating 3 large meal which will slow your metabolism while your body works to digest the large quantity of food.

As a general rule of thumb, you should be weight-training 3-4 times per week and performing cardio 3-5 times per week.

Consider hiring a personal trainer (ISSA certified) and a nutritionist. The money spent on these services is worth more than spending money on pills and potions.

You are starving your body by that horrible diet. Your body is storing it's fat because of it. You need to do at leat 30 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise a day. You really can't possible lose that much by the 3rd in all honesty.

Eat small healthy items every 2 hours and drink alot of water. Always eat breakfast (whole grains and fruit, not bacon and eggs) and avoid soda, white bread, white rice and junk food.

go to a steam room!!! if you ever watch professional figthers loosing weight to make weight to fight you'll see!! stay hydrated, and exercise....but steam room is the key.
