I've been feeling like there're no sense to my life. Feel tired all the time.Sometimes I feel like if I know anything, like out of place. Its hard for me to socialize. After work,I go home so tired and exhausted that the only thing I do is to sleep. So,I don't go out anywhere at night with a girl or something. I don't even have sex relations for a very long time. I am always alone because I think no one want to hang around with me. At times I feel fears and panic and really don't know why. I am always thinking how can I get rid of all this but I find no answer to this. Could you help me ?

I'm so sorry to hear that you are suffering this way. The best thing for you to do is to make a doctor's appointment and get a complete physical. Make sure you tell the doctor everything you've told us here. You should also immediately start taking walks (start with fifteen minutes and increase that time as you are able), eat very healthy foods, drink plenty of water, and take a multi-vitamin every day. Finally, get a copy of the book "I'm Ok, You're Ok" by Dr. Thomas Harris. Read it cover to cover... it's an old book but there are plenty of practical recommendations for you to try. Another excellent book is called "Don't Panic" by R. Reid Wilson. Educate yourself about your depression and feelings of anxiety. Again, make sure you see your doctor. Sometimes the only help is through medication. Good luck and take care!

there's only one hope for depression. That is an effective anti depressant medication. Depression comes from a checmical imbalance in the neurotransmitters and the brain and nothing in the world will alleviate unless you compensate for it. The right medication will do it. When you're depressed, you're unable to interact with a therapist by talking or be with or around anyone so talk therapy won't work. Being around people is a waste because the loss of interest makes it difficult to tolerate company and again, verbal interaction. You will have no desire for pets or taking care of animals as it's too labor intensive, too complex and your mind can't handle it. Excercise requires motivation which you have none. Until you can compensate for the chemical imbalance that's causing the depression and anxiety, none of these suggestions are useful.. Once you regain your sense of motivation and desire to do things, only then can any interaction or activity possibly help feel good.. There are ssri's, snri's mao inhibitors and trycyclic anti depressants. Some work better than others depending on the individdual. It is frustrating until you find one that works well with tolerable side effects. If none of these are ever an option, try ect (shock therapy)l

You need to stop sleeping so much, first of all. Secondly, get into an exercise routine, even if it is just twenty minutes a day of elevating your heart rate. Work up from there after you become accustomed to the pattern then make it so you get a good sweat going. That should help get out some of the anxiety and will help with your depression. Also, get out of the house and do something fun. Go to a movie with a friend or something..even if you don't want to. Make yourself do it.

Here's a little song I wrote, you might want to learn it note by note: Don't worry, be happy.

Seriously, it sounds like stress related depression. There are meds that can help you get balance. There are classes that teach you how to cope and how to take an active role in changing your mental cycle. Talk to your doctor, talk to a therapist. They can help. I was in the exact same position you are in now. I went through years of therapy and medications. I still come home tired, I'm married so sex is out of the question anyway, and here I sit on this stupid computer. I'm just kidding, trying to get a smile out of you. See a doctor, they will help. Good Luck!

Unfortunatly, there is no getting rid of it, but only managing it. YES, antidepressants help stabilize and get people back to functionable lives. One great one for anxiety and depression is called Paxil, however, everyone responds differently to each different antidepressant and many times it takes time to find the right one. See a psychiatrist or family phy. because it won't go away on it's own, I promise you.

From your words you sound as if you are an immigrant like myself. If you lead a very solitary life because of lack of awareness of lifestyle and community social structures and feel easily offended by others or harassed it can lead to serious problems if there are no family or friends to support and guide you through your problems. This can lead to serious drinking and health concerns.Because of a breakup of serious relationship under such circumstances it can get worse.Doctors are an ideal way to find a direction to follow until such time you reach a understanding of what is expected of you to overcome your difficulty.Depression can be due to loss of confidence anxiety due to restrictions that are imposed because of medicine, family, friends or state laws etc. They sometimes feel oppressive in their application overall leading to with drawl symptoms. First thing to do is to find something interesting to occupy time which is inexpensive.Secondly to arrange appropriate diet,Thirdly physical exercise(Perhaps bicycle riding as a hobby).Consult your doctor on diet. I normally try to have high content iron+juice+energy drinks+

You've got some major stuff going on. Find a good behaviorist to help you work your way out of this funk. Medication is a good jump start until you figure out what's going on, and work through your life plan. Give it time. You didn't get to this place overnight.

Best to you!

Buy a bike and ride.
Put a book in the bike's saddlebag and read by a lake.
Ride the bike to a house being built by "Habitat for Humanity" and help out.
Grin as your riding the bike and be thankful for everything you've got and forget about the things you don't have.
