1. Go to the person's desk and pretend you were looking for the misplaced item. (you do not require any belongings to do this).
2. Prepare a nice cup of hot beverage when the person comes in and bring it to the person. (you can say you have made an extra cup).
3. Do tasks with brians. Sexy do not always work well. Brainy people do get noticed. (have a few brainy comments during meetings).

If he (or she) isn't interested, then trying to lure them in with sex/y isn't really a great idea...they wouldn't be wanting you for you, but for the idea of what they could get from you...
Sexy is an attitude...someone confident and sure of themselves, but also feminine...sexy clothes will get you noticed, but don't make you a sexy person...
Be yourself, I know it gets said a lot and may make some roll their eyes to hear/read it...but if someone doesn't like you for who you are, they aren't worth wasting your time on...if you've got to put on a show or be someone else to catch their attention, it's quite likely when the show is over, their attention will be over...

i don't know, if they are not interested maybe it is something with your personality that turns them off. the only sure way to find out is to ask them flat out.
