It's been 1 week since I quit Diet Pop!(Aspartame warnings) I have gained 2 pounds already drinking healthy juices. I'm never without water! Thanks for any ideas!

green tea it has antioxidants in them also it doesn't taste bad without sweeteners

I don't know of a specific product but look for products sweetened with sucralose(Splenda).It doesn't have the same toxicity as aspartame and won't blast some of the amino acids into your bloodstream like aspartame like it does with phenylalanine.This is important if you're on anti depressants

Flavored seltzer water/sparkling water. Poland Spring sparkling water with Raspberry Lime is yummy with no added sweeteners. There are lots of natural fruit flavored seltzers on the market.

Avoid items like crystal light that has artificial sweeteners.

Auqafina Flavored water.

Propel by Gatorade has 10 calories per bottle, sweetened with sucrose syrup

dont drink those juices!! they have sugar in them, even though the container says no sugar!! they make a powder no a days! try it! pour it into water, and it tastes just like kool-ade! i have down lav tests, and there is NO sugar in it!! also use splenda instead of sugar when making recipes, or powder drinks!! not the powder stuff i mentioned up above though!!

crystal light? it has 5 calories per seving and tastes really good. i reccomend respberry ice. you can buy it in the powed, on the go mix(1 seving in each pouch to out in a waterbottle), and you can buy the pre-made ones!
