I'm back..ok..my neighbor (lives above me) works weird hours and i can never catch him to ask in person..so shall i leave a note in his mailbox asking him if he'd like to have dinner w/me next wknd? what should i write? should i still give him my number even thought he's 'up there' above me? help me my brotha's and sistah's

you should write "no i'm not a crazy chick!!!!" Do not leave a note in this dude's mailbox!!! just make it an effort to see him, unless you want to scare him away!!!!!!!!

No, don't put the note in the mailbox, attach the note to a good bottle of Wine(Make sure it has a cork) and leave it in front of his door. Write and tell him, " I noticed from a distance, but you never seem to be home. I'd like to take you to dinner." Tell him the name of the restaurant you'd like to take him too(Make sure it's an expensive restaurant). Hand write the note and phone # with the best time to reach you. Attach your favorite piece of candy to the note. He should feel obligated to at least give you a response, or return the bottle of wine.

Just ask him during the weekend. Just ask him face to face. note is so impersonal. Its like text or emailing him. I would just try to find a day and time when he isn't busy and ask him for some coffee or pizza or something. If he is busy at that time then ask when he not busy. Oh do you know if he got a woman or man? Make sure he is single first too.
