butterflies and laying on your back and lifting dumbells from the side of you up. Kind of like squishing them together. Or just do what I did...go get a boob job.

You can improve the muscles that lay underneath the mammary glands by incorporating a 30* to 35* degree incline press and incline butterfly. Don't forget to add pulling motions that retract the shoulder blades back, like seated rows and bent rows, so that you avoid a slumped posture. Just standing up tall will help the appearance of your breasts.

Going to the plastic surgeon and asking for lifting and filling your breast.
No one exercise can change the position of the breast, since they are glands and have no muscles inside.
If you are very skinny, then you can try to build pectoral muscles to simulate breast, but they do not look alike....and what hangs, will keep on hanging.
If you really are looking for the best combination, then exercise and get your surgery. Nothing better than feeling great with yourself.

Your pectoral muscles lie under the fat reserves that make up the breast. If you specifically work your pectoral muscles by swimming and weight training then you will firm that area.

While there are muscles underneath them, they are just fatty tissue and there's nothing you can do to counteract normal aging except getting surgery and filling them with unnatural substances.

you can strengthen the muscles underneath and in the area...flies, reverse flies, bench press, incline, decline, standing rows, cable pulls, etc...but breast tissue is not muscle so you can't do "breast lifts" or anything with weights if that is what you are wondering................
