Tampa International Airport followed by Miami Airport. Noth Airports take forever to check in and do not have many food choices, just Starbucks and a nachos stand.

numerous human beings hate LAX and that i agree it truly is old yet i love the airport because it has numerous international airways that fly there. Chicago O'Hare isn't the properly ideal. each and every time I fly there, we adventure some type of postpone because the airport has overscheduled the kind of take-offs and landings. subsequently we ought to take a seat on the tarmac of our departing airport as we wait until eventually Chicago can take us. however with the hot runway in position, i'd assume delays to be fewer.

Chicago - you need to take their little subway to get from international to national. Real hassle. Philadelphia is pretty bad too though. Long way to walk from international to national, especially with kids and baggage. Or Dulles, you can walk for ages to find a place to have a smoke. Then you end up in a glass room full of smoke and the people on the outside look at you like as if you are an animal in the zoo.

It was years ago, but at the time Logan International in Boston was the worst! Dark, dirty and under construction/remodel. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
My favorites: Sea Tac, San Diego and Honolulu. Oh, Charlotte wasn't bad either, however, a little too much NASCAR for my taste.

The Kiel Indian Airport..
I landed there once and did not even know that it was an airport.
Seemed like it was just a spot where they cleand the brush off of the ground.

Detroit Metro rings in as one of the worst for me; it's dark and dingy and dirty. I don't remember much about the major airports in NY. . only flew into one of them in '99 and didn't stay long enough to find out, really. As for Newark, never been there, but I've heard some less-than-stellar reviews.

i'd have to say jfk for one reason: they charge $2 for a baggage cart.. and you have to use a credit card! i never need a baggage cart but as a new yorker this is not only outrageous but it is embarrassing... i get off the plane with many foreigners, some looking of modest means, and they are greeted to this country by being ripped off... add $2 to the flight ticket if you must.. but i've never seen another air port not provide carts as a courtesy,,, shame on jfk!

Boston - hands-down. Terminals too small, parking too scarce, runways aligned that if the wind blows in from the wrong direction, planes can't take off.
Detroit (DTW) used to be terrible - but since the new terminals it is quite nice.
