http://www.witchvox.com is still one of the most well-known and active websites for pagans, and has lots of new essays & articles, and keeps up with news features of interest to pagans. (And hey, no ads. Ever.)

If you're looking for info about "how to become a pagan" instead of "what do pagans do and believe," that's a bit harder, because there are so many types of pagans that a stranger wouldn't know what you want to learn. One approach is at http://www.twpt.com/lessonbook.htm
