cucumber - crunchy, cool, juicy. When very hungry I have it with yoghurt and spice it with cinnamon or brown sugar or just plain salt.

What do you mean by diet food? Anything healthy can be "diet" food. Do you mean something that is marketed as "diet"??

i'm not much of a dieter, but slim fast or any other meal replacement drinks make a healthy alternative to fast food every once in a while. i really like smoothie king - but you have to ask them to NOT add sugar or it will be worse for you than any soda.
