First let me address you. If America would not have gone to South Korea, it would have been possible for another country to intervene. As for what this would have meant.
1. There would be only one Korea.
2. There are so many advancements and inventions that come from the Korean war, it may have been many years or never before someone saw the need for those items.
3. America would have suffered financial lose from not having South Korea for bases in the Far East.
4. Korea might have attacked Japan later for positioning.
As for those that think that Russia and China are trying to spread Communism all over the world. Please go back to school and get your money back. Communism in China is nothing like it was in Russia, nor is it anything like North Korea. In those countries everyone is a communist, but in China being a communist is not easy. You have to apply and do interviews, you have to have a back ground check. It is easier to get into congress then it is to be a communist in China

No doubt who would have won, there would be one Korea all communist. Would the fighting have spiilled over? Maybe maybe not, but as a whole the intent of the Soviets and the Chinese was to spread communism globally, a win there would have aided their cause and given them momentum.
Besides all that stuff you have that says made in Korea, would not have been made there.

There would have been 37,000 more 20 year old men alive. The Korean war was a farce much like the Vietnam war. Talk to any Korean Veteran and they will tell you the same thing. It was a worthless war.

South Korea is not existent and Korea is under communist rule. The fighting will not spill into other countries because it is already unlawful aggression which is a violation of International Law.

Kim Jung Il would stop pulling his hair out looking like Don King - and might go for a more conservative look like Mao Se Tung.
