Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

to lose your gut, you have to do alot of crunches/sit ups a day to lose the flab. when you first start doing crunches, you should first begin doing 50 a day. and as you get more experienced with that, you should move on to doing 100 a day. and the more experienced you get at doing 100 crunches a day, then you should move on doing 150 crunches a day. then SOONER or later, you should move up to doing 1000 crunches a day. exercising that stomach will help you lose your gut. and you will have a more firm looking stomach. now, doing crunches AINT fun, but if you REALLY want to lose your flab, then i suggest you DO IT. you don't have to do all the crunches at once. you can try doing one half in the morning, and do the other half before you go to bed. and try WATCHING what you eat. the food you eat is another reason why your muscles get covered with flab. because when people eat, there are certain places where the food forms fat at: like some people may form the fat on their butt, some on their stomach[like you and me], and some on their arms or legs, etc.

OK my mother has only one leg and part hip from cancer, she has gotten big and execrise is hard for her , her doctor told her to have someone stand at her feet and raise the one leg all the way into air towards her face(you both legs), then just raise head to legs, this helped her tone up! Also swimming tones. I also found that when doing housework to tighten all tummy muscles and hold for count ten then release and repeat this also works tummy muscles, Also changing your diet ,to healthy and no junk foods at all, lower carbs and calories.

I've heard and read that one of the reasons which forms a fat tummy is drinking lots of water BEFORE and AFTER and WHILE eating meals ,,, you should drink water half an hour before eating any meals , and half an hour after eating ,, and avoid drinking while eating too ,,, except if it was a necessary situation ... ;)

If you still have the back injury it is imperative that you consult a licensed physical therapist to get appropriate exercises. A back injury is no fun and you don't want to aggravate or prolong it.

I use a plan called Shapeworks, I lost 95 lbs in 8 months and took 8" off my waist without working out. It is a simple plan, here is where I got it: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

Working out is not as important as watching what you eat. Eat healthy Food with very little carbs, and watch your tummy melt..Or if you eat only luch even fatning luch but once a day, you will also loose weight.

if you cant do the obvious (excersize...esp sit ups ets) then avoid too many starches and heavy carbs. esp after 8 at night (but dont cut them out all together, you need carbs)
