Your breast size is already genetically encoded in your body. Give it some time. My breasts didn't stop growing until I was 20. No joke.

How old are you? You sound young, those are things you don't need to be worried about at this time in your life. You should be focusing on your studies, and getting the best grades so you can earn a scholarship and go to college.
