A few - stare at them, and continue to do so.
Glare at them for no reason at all.
Look at em and smile, and keep on smiling on and off as if you see something funny in em.
And of course, fart silently and then behave as if they have farted, start fanning the air with your hands, looking accusingly at the person whose happiness you wanna screw....

I guess it depends on the situation.
I have a friend who has very loud bodily functions--all the time. Everytime I hear one or smell one I can't help it -- I have to laugh hysterically!! The comedy breaks the ice and you wind up feeling all the MORE comfortable with that person.
I'm the most uncomfortable when I'm a 3rd or 5th wheel and all are discussing events I wasn't present for and people whom I don't know.

Look directly into their eyes. Try not to blink or shift your glare. It's hard, but it will definately make the other person uncomfortable.

Make up a story about some personal tragedy then just listen for the pin to drop.

Stand RIGHT next to them, like, less than an inch away. When people do this to me, it drives me absolutely INSANE. And while you're doing that, stare at them. That should pretty much turn them into a nervous wreck. Good luck!

you make them uncomfortable by giving then dirty looks never talk to then show you don't care about what there doing or saying.

Create an imaginary friend and get into an argument with him or her everywhere you go.
