I agree with the previous answer, wrong Bible. Unless you ingested too much of the truth and it made you feel bad because sometimes the truth is hard to take....
You should pray and find out what you read that made you oh so ill....and why.

Read a book called "The Five Gospels." It can help you sort out which of the quotes might actually have been spoken by Jesus, and which were made up by the later Christian community.
I read the book and now I can talk to my conservative brother with as much or more knowledge of where the gospels actually came from. Causes him more indigestion.

It's not necessary to ingest it all unknowingly. You can refer to the good ones from time to time n enhance ur life accordingly.
