I dont know that he could beat Mayweather at welterweight, but I would love to see a Mayweather-Mosley fight.
I do think Oscar De La Hoya could beat him, but I also think that Oscar will never agree to fight Floyd becuase it would be a very close, very tough fight for him.
And to the guy who just answered...hahahaha....Floyd would beath the sh*t out of Mayorga
